Patti Paquette has been selling Real Estate full time in Lambton County for over 28 years.
Proven marketing and organizational skills and good listening ability. Great experience in the local condo market with Sellers, Buyers and Tenants. Over two decades of dealing with Client/ Corporate Relocations, she earned her Canadian Employee Relocation Council designation through Centennial College. Patti is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Both of these designations require special training and educational requirements. Focused on providing great service and making sure your Selling and/or Buying experience is a positive one.
Patti served on the Board of Directors for the local Canadian Cancer Society and chaired several fundraisers; including Relay for Life, Taking Steps, Razz Ma Taz, and What Women Want. As a volunteer with the McDonald-Hill Home, she organized the Great Cardboard Boat Regatta as a fundraiser and also worked in the home with the residents.
Born and raised in Sarnia, Patti is married with two grown children and enjoys sailing and travel. She is an enthusiastic student and is constantly upgrading her skills to improve the level of service she provides to her clients.
